Tax Advisory
Our dedicated team of tax lawyers and advisors provide a comprehensive range of tax advice services to a wide variety of companies, partnerships and individuals, both in and outside of Singapore. Our services include advice on the structuring and execution of transactions, advising our clients on the applicability of tax incentives and tax treaties, as well as assisting in the tax-efficient structuring of their Singapore operations and investments.

We also routinely help our clients to obtain advance tax rulings from the Singapore tax authority, in order to obtain clarity on the tax treatment applicable to specific transactions or factual scenarios.
