The Indonesian Practice is led by Mr Hamidul Haq, who previously headed the Commercial Affairs Department in Singapore and served as Deputy Senior State Counsel with the Attorney-General’s Chambers. Mr Haq works very closely with key Partners from the various practice groups in Rajah & Tann LLP, many of whom frequently come into contact and continue to be involved with several Indonesian client matters from time to time.
Mr Haq also has extensive experience and knowledge in both litigation and arbitration matters, having represented prominent Indonesian companies and individuals involved in civil and criminal cases in arbitration proceedings and Singapore’s courts.
