We operate on a five-day week and Fridays are designated as 'dress down' days. Training & Career Opportunities

All lawyers will complete an orientation and training program in which they will be acquainted with the Firm's systems and procedures. An intensive continuing legal education programme is also conducted for each practice area. Lawyers are also encouraged to attend external seminars both in Singapore and overseas in areas that will enhance their ability to serve clients.

Lawyers are assigned to a specific practice group according to their choice and suitability. Within each practice area, assignments and work allocation are made according to client needs. Outstanding lawyers can look forward to regional and international exchanges and postings.
