Rajah & Tann presented the second run of its annual Senior Counsel Series on 29th November 2011 at New Asia, Swissotel The Stamford. All five of our Senior Counsel were featured, namely Lee Eng Beng SC, Andre Yeap SC, Francis Xavier SC, Toh Kian Sing SC and Harpreet Singh Nehal SC. It was moderated by Chong Yee Leong, Head of International Arbitration Practice.

Our Senior Counsel spoke on various topical issues including the firm’s experience in handling disputes over trusts and estates, developments in arbitration, the issues arising from mass defections by employees to competitor companies, our experience in crisis management in matters such as the collapse of Lehman Brothers and MF Global as well as the recent decision to allow a Queen’s Counsel to appear before the Singapore Courts. A question and answer session followed each topic where attendees had the opportunity gain insights from our Senior Counsel.
