The seminar on the "Positives in the 2010 Indonesian Negative Investment List" was jointly organised by Rajah & Tann and BKPM on 5th October 2010 at the Fullerton Hotel, Singapore.
After the welcome address by the managing partner of Rajah & Tann LLP, Mr Lee Eng Beng SC, the opening speech was delivered by His Excellency, Mr Wardana (Indonesian Ambassador to Singapore) and the keynote address was delivered by the Vice Chairman of BKPM, Mr Yus'an. Other speakers included Rajah & Tann's partner Ms Cheng Yoke Ping, BKPM's Director Dr Indra Darmawan and Mr Ahmad Fikri Assegaf, the managing partner of Assegaf Hamzah & Partners.
