Anssen Yang and Yu Zheng, Chinese Counsels in Rajah & Tann LLP's Shanghai Representative Office, wrote an article for Annual of China Maritime Law, a well-known publication of China Maritime Law Association which has been in circulation since 1990. Entitled "The Discretions of the Courts of U.K. in Recognition and Enforcement of the Foreign Arbitral Awards", the article comments on Dallah Real Estate and Tourism Holding Company v The Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of Pakistan [2009] EWCA Civ 755 and analyses the conditions of the Court's discretion on recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
