Commercial Litigation Practice
Tzu Chou practices as a part of our commercial litigation team. She has experience in general commercial matters such as contractual dispute and arbitration matters in Singapore and within the region. She is familiar with court processes and also arbitration under various regimes including SIAC and UNCITRAL Rules.
Apart from local clients, Tzu is comfortable with dealing with individual and corporate clients from around the world, such as Indonesia, Germany, the Netherlands, China and Malaysia.
Tzu Chou is part of a team that has advised Indonesian clients in a potential arbitration involving a shareholder dispute. She is presently involved in arbitration between Indonesian parties defending a contractual in excess of US$20 million and another multi-million dollar contractual dispute involving a electrical power generating plant.
Prior to joining Rajah & Tann LLP, Tzu was an associate with other local firms. Tzu obtained her LLB (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and her LLM (US Law) from Washington University in St Louis. She is also admitted as an Attorney in the State of New York, USA. |
