R&T Khoun Muang Lao Ltd (“R&T KML”) was officially launched as Rajah & Tann’s office in Lao PDR during an evening reception held at the swimming pool garden of Green Park Hotel in Vientiane on 29th October 2010.
R&T KML will be helmed by Sivath Sengdouchanh, as its CEO. Sivath is a leading lawyer in Laos with extensive experience in several areas of Laotian law and his illustrious career showcases high-profile appointments in the Lao legal sector. He has previously served as the deputy director general in the Ministry of Justice and he has been engaged by the IFC to help the Bank of Lao PDR in developing new banking laws and regulations.
