She has experience in a wide range of transactions involving residential, commercial and industrial properties and land. She has acted for multinational companies, developers/owners of buildings in matters relating to sale and purchase on an en bloc basis, tenancies and re-development of properties. She has also acted for banks, financial institutions and statutory boards in financing transactions and special schemes.
- Acted in collective sales of landed properties and of several apartment projects ranging in size from 12 units to a few hundred units.
- Acted for developers in en bloc purchase of Gillman Heights, Char Yong Garden, Silver Tower, Marine Point, Palm Beach Gardens, Paterson Tower, Cairnhill Apartment and the substation on site and the adjoining landed houses.
- Acted for a joint venture company in the tender and purchase of 3 separate workers’ dormitories and parcel of vacant land to develop a new workers’ dormitory, all from Jurong Town Corporation including advice on the tender documents and applying for approval from the relevant government authority.
- Acted in sale of 1 Finlayson Green, Marina House, 61 Robinson Road.
- Acted in purchase of Apollo Centre, 55 Market Street.
- Acted in corporate deals involving acquisitions and transfers of business and assets and doing due diligence work in connection with the acquisitions and transfers and divestment of assets.
